Satellite Disruption Report ICI Technological Scientific Research Foundation Date of login: 5.9.2007 Report designated by US Executive Head Division, Installation 51 Professor. Lutheran, Jess It has been seven days since we have began to experience the interference attributed to two thirds of our communication satellites. Our maintenance staff in orbit has inspected the receivers thoroughly, but have found no damage sustained to the uplink or any part of the satellites. We have also ruled out the possibility of solar storm and pulsar emissions being the cause, as well as hacker intrusions. We cannot triangulate a visible signal source projecting from a straight path, but rather, it appears as if the signal is moving by its own accord through the confinements of the Earth’s electromagnetic shield. We are consulting with KEA33D as we speak, and hopefully, they will be able to identify this disruption at its origin. In the meantime, I will send a request to KEA33Dto establish our transmissions through the scouts until it has passed over us.
